The REDU platform is an educational platform created in order to help disseminate the knowledge, both technical and theoretical, concerning rembetiko, to people who for various reasons do not have access to face-to-face teaching.

In this first phase of its implementation, it contains educational material concerning the work of the composer and guitarist of rebetiko Kostas Skarvelis.

The information offered is:

• Full score of each song in interactive format, where the user can intervene by changing the playback speed, choosing which of all the channels of the composition he wants to listen to by seeing the corresponding part of the score illuminated, as well as any combination of instruments recorded in multichannel format. There is also the option to play in loop mode for any area of the song the user chooses for ease of study, as well as quick transport buttons to the key parts of the song.
• Historical information of each song.
• Morphological and modal analysis of each song.
• The lyrics of each song
• Instructional videos showing how the songs were played in half speed.

At this stage the educational material is mainly for the folk guitar but of course it can be used by all musicians regardless of the instrument they play.
